Ellen Bryan Moore oral history interview, 1995.

Moore discusses her early life growing up in the warden's house of the state penitentiary, her attendance at LSU's University Demonstration High School and later at the university, teaching at Baton Rouge elementary schools and the Depression's impact on that area, her service as a recruiter for the Women's Army Corps, her political career, campaigning, Huey Long, and her work as Register of State Lands.
